The location is great. It is next to Charles bridge and close to almost everywhere in Prague. We stayed 4 nights, staff were super friendly. Thanks to Stana for answering all our questions and her great assistance. The room was cozy and more than enough. We got a nice terrace as well :) I ll definitely book here whenever I visit Prague again. We booked here as a family and it is definitely one of the best hotels to go with your child.

The position is enviable. Truly close to Charles bridge and the Prague castle. The room was very big. We slept on practically two beds, joint in a huge double bed. The self check-in is very simple, they provide any detail by email.

Absolutely horrible system and communication. I was given no information on how to check in, and you need a code for the door to enter. As I arrived late there was no one I could contact. The people living in the building were nice enough to help me get inside and show me where to get my room key. I only found the door code inside an envelope with the room key, so it was pure luck that I even got a place to stay the night. Stay away, not worth the hassle. EDIT: I did NOT receive any emails about this (contrary to what the response said), and I called the number provided 5 times last night, and no one picked up. This is simply unacceptable. Please work through your processes and your customer communication.
