Wonderful First Stay in Vietnam – Highly Recommended! This was our first hotel experience in Vietnam, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really made our stay special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Their kindness and availability truly stood out and are the hotel’s greatest strength, along with its strategic location. The staff not only welcomed us warmly but also gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat. They were especially supportive when we encountered some challenges due to the typhoon — always ready to assist and make sure we were okay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. It made the start of our journey in Vietnam truly memorable.

Although this review is a little late, our experience at this hotel was truly outstanding! The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. Both the team and the management were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent advice on navigating the city. The location was ideal—everything was within walking distance, so we didn’t need any other form of transport during our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, and we especially appreciated the early breakfast arrangements on days we had early tours scheduled. We also had the chance to use the spa services, and it was genuinely one of the best spa experiences we’ve had. A heartfelt thank you to the entire L'Signature team for making our stay smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Also, thank you so much for the thoughtful anniversary upgrade, the beautiful room decorations, wine, and the parting gift—we still enjoy the coffee!

We appreciated the welcome, the kindness, and the staff's willingness to always satisfy. The accommodations are always very clean and the location is perfect.(We were less pleased that they demanded the entire stay from us as soon as we arrived, or even left our passports at reception. This shows a lack of trust.) Otherwise, the hotel team assured us that we were classified and did everything to satisfy us throughout our stay.
