Amazing hotel, great location and excellent staff. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Great bar with a terrace for a sunset cocktail and another one by the pool. Every single one of the staff members made our stay super enjoyable. They helped us getting quick cabs to get around. Highly recommend!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was so small I could barely fit in it, the AC was so bad I had to sleep with the window open, and I complained but totally ignored, the hotel charge you $15 euros for an ice bucket. Breakfast was terrible, everyday the same thing, and no even fresh food. This should be a 3 start hotel and should renovate the rooms that are in very very bad condition. On top of my bad experience there I left my sandals in my room and I have been trying to reach them for days, first I called , they gave me the what’s app number, just to Simply ignore me. The location of the hotel is okay, you will have to walk like 10 minutes to the shops but the service, the staff and how the manage everything is a complete disaster.

This is NOT a 4-star hotel — more like 1 star at best. From the moment we checked in, the experience was a disaster. The air conditioning didn’t work, and even after repeatedly reporting it, no one ever came to fix it. We spent two miserable nights in a hot, uncomfortable room while being told “someone will come soon” over and over again. On the third day, we came back to find our room had been turned into a construction zone — after we specifically told staff not to enter. There were tools and dust everywhere, no warning, no apology. When we asked for any sort of refund or compensation, we were completely ignored. At one point, they just stopped responding to us altogether. There is absolutely nothing 4-star about this place. Poor service, no accountability, and a total lack of professionalism. Avoid at all costs.
