THE place to come home to and be pampered, both winter and summer in Bansko. A family friendly and youngster friendly hotel, highly recommended for all their services and the beyond standard effort the friendly staff puts in. A special mention from is for Nelly in the restaurant, who went beyond the generic, and made sure our selection was adjusted, adapted, and fitting for our group, both kids and parents, and who was also very helpful for the wine and food pairing. Looking forward to our next visit!
Excellent service overall. We had a nice stay at this hotel. Swimming poll has a very comfortable temperature, parking places are right in front of hotel or in the close proximity. Breakfast was excellent and they had lovely Easter decorations everywhere! The view from the room was breathtaking.
I have visited the hotel more than 12 years. With regret I have to say that the rooms furniture is too old and amortized. The service is not the same anymore, very often there is nobody to serve you at the reception, neither in the lobby bar. It is a pity that the owners are not investing at all to keep the five stars level realistic. On the other hand price levels are still high.
