Ludus Magnus Boutique Hotel

Our stay at Ludus Magnus Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional, a perfect blend of luxurious comfort and unique experiences nestled in the stunning Franschhoek valley. The accommodation facilities are simply outstanding. We had the chance to experience one of the three-bedroom villas, which was very stylish and comfortable. The design is modern yet welcoming, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living with private terraces and pools. We also booked 2 of the Manor House rooms for our older son and his friend, which looked equally elegant and well-appointed, each with its own unique character. Whether in a villa or the Manor House, the feeling is one of exclusive luxury and tranquility. The staff was incredible. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely warm, welcoming, and exceptionally friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure our families felt comfortable and well-cared for. Their professionalism, combined with their authentic friendliness, created a wonderfully relaxed and positive atmosphere throughout our visit. We cannot recommend Ludus Magnus highly enough, it is a truly special place thanks to its amazing facilities and even more amazing team!

Impressive venue!! 500 hectares of Franschhoek nature. The river deck and private 'beach' was an experience we will never forget. The place even has Olympic- sized training fascillities including 50m swimming lanes in a dam.
