Lugal A Luxury Collection Hotel Ankara

The Lugal Hotel, which is expertly woven into the Sheraton Hotel complex while being distinctive and offering privacy for its guests, is a warm and welcoming place to stay. The staff are friendly and immediately look to offer comfort and a space to relax away from the challenges of business, travel or the other clutter we carry around ourselves. I was here for work at a conference. Very helpful and accommodating with clear attention to detail in the rooms and communal areas. Also looking to aid your visit to Ankara with suggestions and encouragement to explore. Wonderful short stay.

Really nice stay. Very warm welcome from all staff. Complimentary tea/coffee on arrival. Room upgrade provided to a suite, and free breakfast (in room or in restaurant) from my platinum status. Lovely fruit bowl in the room and lots of complimentary water bottles. Only have to remove one star, as there was some confusion about the hammam facilities, reservation is required so I asked to make one, but I just wanted to use the facilities, and I asked if it was included, free of charge twice, but upon arrival found out it was instead a scrubbing service which was a decent 25minute service but an unexpected $40/person charge. I would have preferred more transparency. But overall I’d stay again for sure.

Service makes this hotel our choice in Ankara. Bugra, Concierge, and the Chef (we are vegetarian, and the in-room dining team really sorted us out with delicious off-menu vegetarian options) really helped us. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, with top restaurants and cafes nearby for easy access. Thank you!
