Lugo Hotel

Beautiful spacious rooms. Very nice and big bathrooms with all the basic necessities. The garden area in the front is beautiful and overlooks the sea. Staff were few but they did their best to see that our accomodation was comfortable. Would definitely go back as the place is very peaceful and away from the mainstream crowds

This review is specifically for the VIP 3rd floor penthouse suite I stayed in which was gorgeous and I highly recommend you stay in it! There's only one of it so it's very exclusive and It's completely remodeled and a massive layout way over 1000+ sqft. Very instagram worthy ambience it had a large king bed and sweeping views of the harbor and mountains. However a downside was the bed was harder than I liked and the location of the villa is a little far from main kenting national park beaches and dining options or henchung which is the city nearby. I highly recommend renting a scooter, car or e-scooter as the location is a little far away from activities. However it was a very quiet hotel which I loved for RnR. The deluxe rooms were a lot smaller than the penthouse suite and less modern so I recommend the VIP room 100% for a luxurious and relaxing experience.

Beautiful landscape, peaceful environment, Room was relatively big but unfortunately the entire place is not well maintained, very dirty and staff seems unprofessional. Upon arrival there was no one to be seen at the reception and the entrance floor was quite dirty. After calling a number someone came over to do the check-in. The hallway up to our room was dirty as well and unfortunately, so was our room. The bedskirt was beyond disgusting and we found dust / hairs all over the place. After telling the staff about the issue and asking them to clean the room, We were told the room was just cleaned in the morning (see photos, it definitely wasn’t ...) and wouldn’t even to take a look at the room themselves. Instead they just asked us to refund if we didn’t like it...which we gladly did..
