I stayed here for an entire week and it was wonderful! The rooms were nice and clean, the robots were cool, and the staff and service was phenomenal. They would go out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I was especially impressed with the front desk, specifically Chris who printed out an important document for me when I was on a time crunch! Overall, would love to come here again and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to SF!
The Hotel was awesome. Very clean and close to the Baseball Stadium. The staff in the front desk are very helpful and nice. Once you leave the Hotel and start walking down the street it smells like Urine. Around the Baseball Stadium it smells like Urine as well. There are a lot of Businesses that are closed. This is the 3rd time I have been there and the place is going down hill.
Great location and service but the room booking felt like a bait and switch. The website describes the premier room as “Catch the breathtaking sights of San Francisco from our oversized windows with striking bay views or city views to die for.” I got the bay views where I could see a sliver of the bay across a large parking lot and between buildings. Maybe higher floors have better views, definitely not the lower floors.
