I’m incredibly grateful for Mr. Ohm’s assistance when we needed help during a critical moment. When we were looking for an international plug adapter to charge our devices, he not only greeted us with a warm and enthusiastic attitude, but also went above and beyond by providing us with a brand-new charger. His proactive and thoughtful approach truly made our experience exceptional. Thanks to his outstanding customer service, we were able to continue our trip without any issues. Mr. Ohm’s dedication and professionalism really stood out, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of his support.
Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is fabulous. The best hotel that i ever stayed. Despite is far from the main town for the tourist spot, Udomsuk is a good place to discover. A more peaceful area and also the nearby market is the best chance to learn more about their culture. Keep the good work👍.
Good hotel located right next to the BTS station which you reach just a few meters after leaving the reception. The rooms are nice with good beds and pillows. The shower is like in many Thai hotels not well thought out, the water gets on the wooden details and rots after a while and the water goes out everywhere. But otherwise the shower space was nice. Sure you can hear a lot of traffic here sometimes and the sky trains but what else can you expect when you live right next door. I didn't hear much because my room was more on the other side. I'm more bothered by AC when you're in hot countries. When my family arrived by taxi, we didn't get any help with all our bags out of the taxi into the reception or getting the bags up to the room. They just pointed out where the elevator was when we were done at the reception and we barely found the elevator which was at the far end of the plane. But the people who worked in the hotel were quite young but they were still nice we think, maybe they don't have the kind of service we're used to. The pool on the roof was nice when we took a dip at night when we got home. Pretty nice view even from only nine floors up. There was a gym and bar up there but we didn't try that. The breakfast was quite ok and there were tables and chairs scattered around a bit so you could sit where it suits you. The hotel is about 11 km from Siam center and it takes about 25 minutes by Skytrain.
