Lumiere Hotel

My experience at the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect—right at the beginning of Kneza Mihaila, where there’s a taxi lane so you can easily catch one. The staff were very friendly and available for all my needs. The breakfast offers a large variety of foods. The room sizes are generous, modern, and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of the city Service was always good Hurry up in the mornings to eat breakfast before all good thing will be out... Some of the accessories in our room were broken but not something serious The mini bar is too small for 1.5l water

Firstly the guy at the front desk is incredibly rude and useless of a man. Although the rooms were available and ready he made us wait more than 2 hours. He was irrelevant and off. He gave us a room with almost no natural light and very loud that it was impossible to open a window because of the machines. When we asked for a change of room the lady said it will be possible as other guests will check out, useless guy put a spoke in wheel. If you’re expecting daily cleanup and housekeeping (as in every normal hotel) you’re gonna be disappointed. The minibar was no use. Cups were disgustingly dirty. Overall it’s pricy when you consider the service and bad attitude. Location was good and everywhere is walkable but again there are plenty other hotels so unfortunately it does not compansate the cons.
