Roof top bar.... excellent drinks and food. The view is great. Kayla, Vanessa and Jordan friendly servers. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is courteous. Melissa is fabulous in the lobby bar! Spent 4 days and had a wonderful time in the downtown area. Very walkable.
9/10 Talk about a game changer! Stayed here for one night for the first time and I gotta say I was impressed! The staff was friendly and super helpful. I forgot my toothpaste and the staff ran some up to my room at 10:15 PM! Talk about service! 5-star! The room was clean and extremely spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were awesome! Plenty of counterspace, shower water pressure was awesome and plenty of hot water! The only drawback, the lighting in the bathroom could be a bit brighter - but that's it! I travel a lot for work and I know an average hotel when I stay in one, but this place I would highly recommend!!! This will be my go to hotel every time I stay in Fort Myers from here on out!!!! Well done!!!!!
I think this place would be a 5 across the board for the casual traveler, but I travel so often I reserve that for absolutely fabulous places. Having said this, the hotel and all aspects were great. The staff were very courteous. The views from the room are such that there isn't a "bad side" of the hotel. The AC worked great, which is unusual because I like the room COLD and the AC was able to keep up. The beds were excellent- on the soft side which is my preference, but also supportive. The only down side is the rooms had a steamer and not an ironing board. As a business traveler I prefer the iron for my shirts, but for the casual traveler this probably isn't a consideration. Highly recommend.
