The best experience for my 4 yo son! Thank you for making his bday so special! My plan was just to have a nice staycation to celebrate my son bday, but it turned out more than expected!! Complimentary snacks after check in, bday wish on the mirror and cake in the room, cool towel art, and it didnt stop there! Bday celebration for my 4yo son at the restaurant during bfast! It was a memorable experience! Thank you to all the staffs in Luminor Bogor ❤️

This 4-star hotel offers good service, with a fairly spacious meeting room that also doubles as a farewell dinner venue on the top floor, complete with a lovely view of Bogor and the swimming pool. Breakfast has plenty of variety and tastes good, although there are too many chairs, making the layout feel a bit cramped and less visually appealing. Some things could be improved — like the room amenities. We stayed in a deluxe room but were only given one glass, so we had to ask housekeeping for more. The room walls also had some peeling paint and could use a little renovation. Other than that, everything was okay — the parking space is quite big, and the hotel is right next to Botani Mall Bogor.

I'm honestly not sure how this hotel qualifies as a 4-star. The moment we entered the room, there was a strong smell — like an overwhelming laundry perfume spray. I couldn't tell if it was the hotel's actual scent or just something used to cover up the damp, moldy odor. There were even signs of mold on the walls. The towels smelled musty and didn’t feel clean. Bathroom amenities were very basic — not even sanitary pads were provided, which I would normally expect from a hotel of this level. The dining area was also disappointing — it was small, cramped, and always felt crowded. It reminded me more of a local food stall than a proper hotel restaurant. It didn’t feel comfortable at all to sit and enjoy a meal there. What really disappointed me was the lack of service from the security staff. During checkout, I was carrying luggage while looking after my small child, and the security guard didn’t even offer help — he just disappeared. Overall, I don’t understand how this hotel is rated 4 stars. It was quite a disappointing experience.
