The reception service was efficient and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my experience during breakfast was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the buffet, a staff member asked for my drink preference, and I requested an iced coffee. Despite waiting for nearly 25 minutes, I was informed—only when I followed up—that the coffee was unavailable. As I was in a rush to catch a flight, this delay was particularly frustrating. To make matters worse, I was told that the iced coffee required an additional charge, which was never communicated beforehand. There was no signage, menu, or verbal notice indicating that certain drinks were not included in the buffet. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Most concerning was the behavior of a staff member named Gita, who was noticeably rude and made the experience uncomfortable. While the cost of the coffee itself is minor, the overall handling of the situation left a very negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both communication and staff professionalism moving forward.

This is my first time staying here for a work trip. The air conditioner in the room was hot and leaking. I requested a room change but FO did not give the same type of room, with the reason that they were fully booked. Also, no free upgrade was offered. Definitely not recommended, and this hotel is blacklisted for official business trips.

Booked 3 nights at this hotel by mistake instead of Luminor Padjadjaran. Reacted immediately (30min) to ask for a correction. They were unreachable for 12 hours, then denied any refund and even refused to transfer the money to the other hotel. Rotten behavior. EDIT: what do you mean 'not received any cancellation request through official channels?' the request was made on agoda nearly immediately. I even tried to contact you by phone several times and you never picked up. I even got in touch with agoda employee who also tried to call you. I also messages you on agoda seceral times. I did everything humanly expected. I dont see any relation between 'hotel fully booked' and my request to you. Its not frustration, losing 100€ due to a human mistake immediately notified is unexpected from a hotel of your standards.
