Luminor Hotel Purwokerto

Luminor Hotel Purwokerto is a modern and stylish hotel with a great central location, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Hotel Luminor Purwokerto has great location. Not too far from train station. The room is nice. The breakfast is also good. Credit to Ms. Emy Soraya B, the FOM with great hospitality as well as taking care myself during the stay. Looking forward to stay here again.

Honestly, this hotel only wins in terms of its strategic location. The rest of the experience was worth no more than 3 stars. First, when we checked in, the room key card didn’t work. I had to go back down to the lobby, and even on the second try, the door still wouldn’t open — it turned out there was an issue with the door itself. Second, the bathroom and the towels had an unpleasant smell. I wasn’t expecting much from the breakfast, but when I went down at 08:30, most of the food looked unappetizing and several items were already out of stock. Lastly, I found out that the bottled water in the room was charged at IDR 15,000 each. There was no price label on the bottles, and I wasn’t informed about this during check-in. It wasn’t really about the price, but it felt misleading — like I was being tricked. If you’re considering staying here, I’d suggest choosing a hotel from a similar price range but with better service — there are many chains that do a much better job.
