This might not be the most luxurious hotel me and my partner stayed at, or the one with the most amenities, but it surely is the hotel that made us feel most welcomed and at home. A must stay for anyone looking to relax and have excellent service. The staff were incredibly helpful and proactive to each of our requests. They arranged a customized vegan menu for us for the whole duration of the stay that still delivered on fresh, traditional and local recipes. Hands down some of the best Italian food we ever had. We liked a dish so much that we asked for the recipe and the staff went above and beyond to organize a 1:1 cooking workshop for us. Our chef, Emanuele, along with Roberto the waiter and Sofia who was on reception were simply amazing! In one phrase, Luna del Raccolto is your home abroad.
We had a wonderful stay at this new hotel! The staff is SO friendly, warm, and eager to help. Everything is new, updated, and clean. The four-course dinner was also EXCELLENT, honestly the best meal we've had in Sicily so far. Parking was easy since it's in a small town. 15 min drive to Trapani, from which you can take a gondola up to Erica (beautiful walled medieval town).
Not sure why 5 stars. 4 stars at best. I was annoyed by the intermittent smell of sewer gas in the room.
