It was our first night in Milan - 20 minutes drive from MXP Airport - in our vacation to Italy. Very welcoming staff with good communication via booking.com, decent room and hotel buidling. I did like the breakfast concept of preorder. We arrived the breakfast hall with table reserved and food prepared.
It was great friendly staff clean rooms grate breakfast you have to try the grandmother cake it was great and it’s lovely and quiet every room has its own parking spot
As part of a journey undertaken in association with the Noble Alliance in Geneva, we were accompanied by our 14-year-old golden retriever, Frehel, whose advanced age necessitates particular care and consideration. The central importance of his comfort and well-being was, as one might imagine, a primary concern during our travels. Our experience at Hotel Luna Motel in Arona was perfect, not only due to its highly practical set-up (you literally park your vehicle in front of your room!), more notably, because of the extraordinary kindness and professionalism demonstrated by the front office managers, Mr. Stefano and his colleague. Their thoughtful and accommodating nature towards us and our dog Frehel made our stay both seamless and enjoyable. We would also like to point also the impeccable room-service provided by the breakfast staff. It is, without question, a place we look forward to visiting again in the future with our dog.
