Luna Wellness Hotel

Stayed here many times, and so warm is the welcome and the service that it’s like a second home. Rooms are very nice, food is great, breakfast spread has got even better over the years, and there is a very pleasant spa area. Andreas is the cherry on top for this great hotel, his service and attention to detail is second to none.

I don’t understand why this hotel has such a big rating. We were tired after long hiking and booked a night because they have SPA. But I didn’t find an information on Booking that you have to pay 10 euros per person for every 75 minutes even if you want just to swim in the pool. So we had to pay 40 euros for two people. The reception staff is unprofessional. I wanted to use the laundry service and asked if I needed to separate dark and light clothes. The receptionist replied that she didn’t know because it’s not her job. It says on Booking that check-out is at 11 am. They called us at 10:30 and asked when we were going to leave because the check-out is at 10 am. Maybe this place used to be nice, but not now, unfortunately.

This is not a 4 stars hotel The rooms smell like bathrooms. The bath does not have conditioner or shower cups. Breakfast is minimal to say it nicely. They require you to pay $ 10 if you misplace your bathrobe. I am very very disappointed
