Stopped for a coffee on the way to Passo Pordoi. My daughter was refused the toilet unless she bought something. With that kind of service attitude, you keep your coffee, and I'll keep my euros.
This was our second time staying at Lupo Bianco for a skiing vacation. Both times it has been an exceptional experience. The facilities, the personnel and services, and the location make it the perfect place for a ski-in/ski-out experience.
Really an amazing place. To mention is the staff. Marco, Paula (don't remember the names the other guys from the bar and the restaurant) they were really amazing and super friendly. They offered us a table for breakfast in the bar because we were travelling with a dog amd the hotel doesn't allow dogs in the restaurant. So we could take the dog for breakfast while they were cleaning out room. Also the 2 girls from the Spa... Always nice and friendly!
