Lures Hotel

We recently spent two unforgettable weeks at Lures Hotel in Turkey, and it’s safe to say it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. The perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the sea with direct access to the water and a beautiful beach club. Whether lounging on the comfy sunbeds (never a shortage!) or enjoying a drink with a view, the vibe was always relaxed and welcoming. Our room was incredibly spacious, with lots of light, a huge balcony and beautiful sea view that greeted us every morning. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their attentiveness made a real difference and added to the sense of comfort throughout our stay. The food and drinks were consistently tasty and the beach club had a great atmosphere. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with excellent service, stunning views, and a laid-back vibe, Lures Hotel is the place to go. We left feeling completely refreshed and already dreaming of our return!

What more can we say other than amazing location, impeccable service, and stunning rooms. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and the outdoor hot tub was the ultimate highlight. We could’ve spent all day relaxing in it. The views were breathtaking, with the Mediterranean Sea quite literally at our doorstep. We visited just as shoulder season was ending, so it felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves. Truly a dream stay, the only regret was not staying a few days longer.

My partner and I visited Kalkan for the first for a family wedding this summer and completely fell in love with the town. The Lures Hotel and staff played a huge part in this! From arrival to departure you’re treated with the upmost care. Staff have the perfect balance of attentiveness but also not being pushy. The hotel is peaceful but still has a great vibe to it we particularly enjoyed spending our day at the beach club which has the most delicious food! The hotel is situated on the waterfront, you’re less than a five minute walk from your room to stepping into the sea – it’s just the most perfect location. The hotel can also arrange a transfer via boat from their private jetty to the local harbour. A special thank you to Melike who arranged a very special birthday surprise in our room that we came back to! Including a delicious cake and popping a bottle champagne in our private pool whilst watching the sunset – doesn’t get much better than that! It’s these touches that mean we’ll be returning to Kalkan in 2026 and will be checking in to Lures again. We’re counting down the days already! Thank you Lures team.
