Luton Hoo Hotel Golf And Spa

We stayed at Luton Hoo for two nights with the family and had a wonderful experience! The place is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. Everyone in the family truly enjoyed it — would definitely come back again!

Not a fault. We were well taken care of and if we encountered any issues, they were quickly rectified without any effort from us. The bedroom was beautifully maintained to keep the vintage charm and personality with an amazing bathroom. A very scenic hotel both inside and outside the facility with plenty of woodland areas to walk around. Food and drinks were very well done and the spa was the relaxation that we needed. This place is a “must-see” and I hope to visit again.

My family brought me for afternoon tea as a treat for my birthday. Service was dreadful. My coffee was only just warm. The sandwiches ok. Waited nearly an hour after asking someone to clear the table of the dirty plates. In the end my daughter started to clean them herself. Two members of staff just looking at us and talking in the door way. As it was my birthday my daughter had brought candles these weren’t lit but just stuck in a cake. One of the cakes was impossible to remove from the plate as it just fell into a sticky mess. An extremely disappointing 3hr!! experience. Would definitely not recommend.
