We stayed at Jumeirah Living Marina Gate for a full month, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional; every staff member we interacted with was professional, warm, and incredibly helpful. They consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, showing genuine care and flexibility in every situation, especially with us travelling with a newborn Traveling with a newborn can be challenging, but the team made everything so much easier. From thoughtful support with housekeeping and logistics to helpful recommendations around the area, they were always available and proactive. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask. The residence itself is in a prime location with top-notch facilities. Few meters away from all needed and the marina walk. Rooms were quiet, spacious and a great fit for our needs with a baby. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and hassle-free stay in Dubai.

We live in MAG 218, and yesterday morning there was a fire alarm and evacuation in our building. To avoid standing outside in the heat with our cat, we decided to book a hotel room nearby. The hotel team was incredibly accommodating — they let us check in early in the morning, even though the official check-in time is 3:00 PM. They also generously offered us complimentary breakfast. The hotel itself is excellent, very clean and comfortable, and the staff is outstanding — kind, professional, and understanding. Even our cat Lily felt at home and truly enjoyed her stay! Highly recommended — thank you to the whole team!

What’s not so amazing is that after laying down at the pool, waiting for a friend because he’s staying in the Jumeirah a Team of 3 people (1 security, 1 manager type, 1 servant) came to me in a extremely unpleasant manner and told me that I as a guest of marina gate 2 (tower next to it) have to pay the pool access, which is no problem for me at all. It’s just the manner in which it was executed that really ruined my stay and made me leave the pool early because I felt uncomfortable after. The servant could have told me this, instead they pull up with security & manager and make it a whole show. In my opinion this could have been handled a lot better, please make sure to train staff on making people feel pleasant.
