Lux Belle Mare

Amazing experience! The hotel is truly wonderful — the location, the atmosphere, everything was perfect. We arrived late, but everything was well prepared. However, since I had booked two different room types, they were located in different areas of the hotel. Because I have children, I asked if we could change the rooms at night to be closer, but they informed us that room changes can only be made after 12 PM the next day. So, if you’re traveling with kids, I highly recommend booking the same room type to stay together. We booked a Junior Suite with a pool view and another one without. The rooms were spacious and bright — really lovely! And as Arabs, we really appreciate having a bidet in the bathroom 😆. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Alisha — she was smiling, super helpful, and very friendly with the kids. The breakfast buffet was great and had a nice variety. The kids’ activities were also excellent! There’s a full schedule that keeps them busy throughout the day with breaks in between — including crab hunting, cinema time, cake and pizza making, and more! The rooms, pools, and beach were all absolutely beautiful. One thing I would mention is that the baristas could improve a bit in how they handle customer feedback — they don’t seem to like being told if the coffee isn’t right. As for restaurants, there’s a good variety — buffet, Indian, and Italian options available. We’ll definitely be coming back again for a relaxing stay!

We really appreciated the perfect balance between relaxation and activities. Whether it was unwinding at the spa, lounging by the pool, enjoying water sports, or exploring the local area, there was always something to look forward to. The kids club was also excellent, offering fun and educational activities every day. A huge thank you to the incredible staff who made our stay feel so personal and special. Your hospitality truly went above and beyond. We can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise!

The facilities are impeccable, from the white sandy beach to the stunning pool and top-quality restaurants. But what truly made our stay so special was the staff. We would like to highlight Sawmy and Mahen, who were incredibly helpful. But especially Sanjay from the Mondo restaurant. His lighthearted, cheerful approach, paired with a deep dedication to his work, always offering a smile and a bit of conversation to guests, was truly inspiring. We won’t forget him. We didn’t just feel welcomed – we felt genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find such warm, human, and authentic service.
