Lux Lisboa Park

Great fun and a lovely vibe. We came in the heatwave and took advantage of the rooftop pool. Even though it was busy due to the heat, the atmosphere was relaxed, friendly and intimate. We met so many fun people and the staff were very welcoming, polite and eager to help. A great mix of guests: families, couples, older people, young crowd - everyone mixed very well. We had great fun - we discussed coming back before we'd even left!

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Lux Lisboa Park Hotel. The customer service was always friendly. The offerings were generous and easy. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Working AC (first one that worked in our month of travelling). Breakfast was included and was delicious and fresh, with high quality ingredients like fresh cheese, freshly sliced papaya and pineapple, eggs, made to order coffee beverages. The food at the rooftop bar was also very tasty. All of the design/furniture/greens and natural light was really beautiful as well We hope to return to any Lux hotel in the future, based on our experience in Lisbon

Amazing breakfast. Nothing more to ask for. For the price that we payed through Booking, it did not meet our expectiations. Some mold in the shower cabin, the jacuzzi was covered half by a tarp as in: not in order, pool area with broken glas and location was way off from the bigger restaurant streets. It was a nice hotel dont get me wrong, but not enough for the price that we paid. However. The service and kindness they displayed was extraordinary. They refunded us for the nights we choose not to stay when they couldve pointed us to Booking and said its your problem. For that they have my biggest thanks.
