Everything is okay. Overpriced for what we paid for. Amenities are still closed, definitely doesn't look like they are being actively worked on at all.
Exterior damaged by hurricane. No service staff except garbage. Pool and amenities closed. Beachfront.
Being remodeled/reconstructed not worth the effort. Repairs expected in 2026. I would not hold my breath.
