Luxeden Signature Hotel

I had a pleasant 5-day stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff especially Miss Thu Hang were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and local attractions. Overall, a good experience and I would consider staying here again.

This hotel might have the kindest staff I've yet to meet in Hà Nội! The staff speaks both English and Vietnamese, and are quick to meet the needs of their guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some ear plugs were even provided due to ongoing construction near the hotel. The breakfast was quiet, delicious, and had a good variety of options. Overall, staying here is a good option with great value

Great stay staff really friendly and good service organised taxis and suggested places to go. Breakfast really good choice. Our room was a bit on the small side and nowhere for cases. There were no windows in our bedroom which was at the back of the hotel (room 305) I found it dark even with the lights on. The bathroom was a good size and well equipped. The housekeeping staff were brilliant. With fresh linens and towels and room was immaculately clean. When my husband wasn't well so they couldn't clean durring the day, they came in and cleaned room while we were downstairs and changed towels. There was some building work going on which made some noise during the day but hotel were very helpful and provided earplugs but we found we didn't need them. Location was away from the centre of city but not too far in a taxi. There are plenty of small places to eat or drink within walking distance. Would recommend for a stay in Hanoi if you don't want to be in the centre.
