It's our first time staying at this hotel. We found this hotel on Google since we're looking for good options to stay overnight in the area, and it has good reviews. True enough, the hotel staff are courteous and professional. We enjoyed the stay. 1 night felt short since there are a lot of things you can do. They have a karaoke room that you can rent out. There's also a spa and nail salon. The pool is huge with a great view. There's also a gym and an arcade that you can use for free for an hour if you booked a room. The breakfast has a few selections, but it has good choices, and it's tasty. WIFI connection in the room and pool area is fast. Will come back next time! Thank you! ☺️
Great location, lots of dining options around. Awesome staff, but OA with the touching of the chest when greeting you. Not their fault, just following orders. Every interaction with the staff is smooth and easy and they're very polite. 10 stars for the staff. The breakfast buffet is good but gets old after a few days (we stayed here for 6 days). Pretty much the same foods everyday. Our first room badly needs a makeover. The second one was better but also showing its age. A good hotel all in all.
This truly was a luxurious hotel with helpful staff, comfortable rooms and an amazing rooftop pool. No complaints whatsoever. But it’s really not in the best location. You step out of the opulence, into smelly streets filled with questionable businesses. Great for a stay-in getaway.
