Luxotel Cannes

We traveled as a family with two kids and a dog, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly and even pet-friendly, which made everything so easy and comfortable for us. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean — plenty of room for the kids to play and for us to relax. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and professional. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The service throughout the hotel was simply top-notch. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly and we felt very well cared for. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality and attention to detail these days. We highly recommend Luxotel to anyone — especially families or travelers with pets. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, service, and great value. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at your hotel for a night (17/4-18/4) during our road-trip around France, Monaco and Italy. Our stay was wonderful. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and very nice. The location was good, and the view was great. Breakfast could have been better with maybe more options, but overall it was a very pleasant experience. Since we haven’t visited your hotel in the past, and this was the first time, I am sure that we will visit again soon!

Terrible service, they asked me for a deposit of 400 euros at check in and when I went to check out, they said that the money would go into my account. It's been more than 15 days and they haven't given me my money back. I called and they said it was canceled and they did absolutely nothing. Terrible service, they never got back to me or sent me an email. They lie all the time saying they sent it to me. I'm going to take legal action.
