The moment you are stepping into this hotel, you feel special . The butler takes your luggage, receptionist welcoming you with a glass of champagne, answering all your requests. The room is also exceptional with a complimentary champagne as well. Nice view to the city. Good breakfast. Loved it, and thank you. ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely hotel, prosecco on arrival, a half bottle provided for in room, dressing gown and Slippers! Good selection of food for breakfast.. prosecco too if you wish. Staff friendly, handy for visiting all the sights

I give this hotel 3 Stars out of 5, which would be a fair rating for something that presents itself like a 5 star experience but definitely is not. This once was a luxury hotel but since the owner changed that is simply not true anymore. It feels fake. Amenities that would be normal in everything above 3 stars simply aren‘t there. Also the spa area is unusable without paying a hefty price of 50€ an hour - while other places include this service free of charge. I don‘t expect a minibar, a fruit basket, a spa area, a fancy in-house restaurant or expensive soap in the rooms - but then be fair and don‘t call yourself a 5-star hotel. For what was offered, the price per room/night was a bit on the expensive side too. We did not have breakfast because we knew we would not get the according value offered for a expensive price of 20€ but looking at how bad the reviews are, we are additionally shocked and happy that we didn‘t fall into this trap.
