Luxury Home in Exclusive Windsor Resort

Beautiful clean resort that's very well run. The pools are awesome just wish the kids one was heated for the little guy but we made the best out of the lazy river. Also do NOT try to use the bar to get speed down the water slide you will smash your elbows hard.

We had a great time at Ariva Retreat! The home looked just as advertised, which was important because our kids were looking forward to this home for months! The game room is simply epic. Adults and children alike couldn't get enough of it. The themed bunk rooms are SO much fun, and the rest of the home was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for us all (6 adults, 4 children) to be comfortable. The onsite amenities (pool, lazy river, water slides, bar & restaurant, cornhole, mini golf, arcade, etc) were perfect!! An extra bonus: the arcade is free play! No additional money needed to enjoy. The host, Adi, was very accommodating with excellent communication - very responsive to any questions we had.Thank you for the wonderful family vacation and core memories! A beautiful home away from home is what we would sum up our stay in Ariva. Articulately planned aesthetics that can bring joy to your stay. A gated community with a pool and clubhouse (that has a variety of activities) is what you want when you want to relax a day between a hectic schedule in FL. The home is located in an accessible place, and you can plan your outing to almost all the attractions within a short drive. As a family with young kids, we strongly recommend this stay home and would be making a future stay here.
