Don’t waste your time with this company, if you want to stay in London for a short time. We were looking for a 2 or 3 nights stay and despite emailing them twice (in my married name not shown here), we never received a reply. Eventually chased a response by telephone, and was told they don’t offer the apartments for short stays. Slightly baffled as their rates page for Fitzrovia clearly shows rates for less than 7 days? No mention of this policy clearly anywhere on the website. Anyway we went elsewhere and had a great time in a centrally located hotel.
