Luxury Old Quarter Hotel & Gym

We stayed in Hanoi in this property, this was a budget friendly neat clean and good property. I want to break down my review into following points 1) Connectivity - Being in old quarter this property is at walkable distance to all major location of hanoi, whether it's night market, hanoi market, lake and beer street , all are in vicinity. 2) Stay- This is very neat and clean property , with the staff working very hard to clean the property. The size of property is sufficient enough fot tow people to stay . Considering all other properties this one is too good and budget friendly property 3) Service - The service is wonderful, we had Emma as our receptionist she is very sweet, helping and hard working person. She was available for all our queries, guided us for all our time in hanoi, suggested good cruise for us. We ran out of breakfast time , she ensured that the guests are properly provided with breakfast and packed for us breakfast too couple of time. Helped us in suggesting where to visit, shop and important places nearby. 4) Rooms- There are variety of rooms in property we have booked for one night with window and bathtub, this was good room for us. There are budget friendly rooms with proper ventilation too without bathtub. We had a wonderful time in Hanoi , the stay the people and vietnamese coffee. I suggest everyone to book in this property if they wanted to explore hanoi properly. Everything is well connected from here.

We had a wonderful stay! The room especially the bed was comfy! The bathroom was surprisingly large, adding to the overall comfort. The location in the Old Quarter is perfect—close to all the main attractions and easy to explore from. Breakfast was delicious and a lovely way to start each day. Special shoutout to Emma, who looked after us with genuine care and offered great recommendations that made our trip even better. 💯
