Highly Recommend This Hotel! The hotel has been recently renovated, which makes a huge difference—especially considering that many hotels in the area haven’t updated their facilities in 20+ years. The renovated SPA area is excellent – definitely worth a visit! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style. What really stood out to me is the well-balanced selection of food. It’s clear they focus on healthy eating. You won’t find an overwhelming amount of heavy, sauce-covered meats like in many other places. The food here feels thoughtfully prepared and much lighter — I truly enjoyed it. The staff speaks English, German, and Ukrainian, which made communication easy and pleasant. Overall, I can definitely recommend this hotel – great value and experience!

I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and it was truly unforgettable. Even with just a 2-night stay, I enjoyed spa access, select wellness treatments, and exceptional service. The reception staff made me feel genuinely special, welcoming me with flowers, chocolates, and a heartfelt birthday gesture. Just note the hotel sits on a hill, so getting to the city center requires a bit of a walk back up, just to keep in mind if you want to explore the city

Beautiful hotel with great service—but a few odd policies that need attention Overall, this is a very nice hotel with a lot of potential. The staff is attentive and customer service–oriented, which we really appreciated. However, there were some inconsistencies that detracted from the five-star experience. To start, it seemed like not all staff were aligned on the hotel’s policies—when we asked questions, we received mixed or conflicting answers. While everyone was polite and willing to help, this lack of consistency needs improvement. There are also a few odd choices that, in my opinion, the hotel must address before they start impacting guest satisfaction more seriously. For example, a suite in a five-star hotel should have an iron or steamer in the room as a standard feature. When I called the lobby to request one, I was told they only offer an ironing service—for €15 per shirt. That’s simply not acceptable for a hotel of this level. Guests paying premium rates should be provided basic amenities without added fees. Another issue: we paid for a dinner package that was supposed to include everything, but were later surprised with extra charges—for a cup of tea. How does it make sense to offer free dessert, yet charge for a simple tea? It’s the equivalent of being charged for coffee during a prepaid breakfast. Small detail, yes—but it leaves a bad impression and just feels unnecessary. That said, we were happy to meet the general manager, who handled our concerns professionally and helped smooth things out.
