An exceptional place in Dubai. Undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have visited on all our travels. World-class service. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the rooms, the pool. And what can we say about the restaurant! Perfect gourmet cuisine with fresh produce and exceptional presentation. We even preferred eating there to going to other restaurants in the city. No doubt because the experience was enhanced by Hanna in the restaurant. We will always remember his professionalism and his exceptional sensitivity. Thank you Hanna, and thank you to the whole team.

Amazing hotel, great rooms and close to Dubai Mall. What i found more impressive is the service from the staff. Stayed for 9 days for work, and always felt welcomed each time I walked in. A special call out to Tommy who not only made my check-in seemless (at 2am in the morning) but also had a good humour. To Hanna and Ahmed who waited o me each morning - a special thank you for your attentiveness, politeness and also for entertaining my humour. Definitely will come back
