Luxury Suites Lenox Ave

I'll be honest I stopped there last year but I would love to share my opinion at list now Why five stars? Because, in my opinion, it is really comfy. This brownstone step up was constructed in the 1800s. Original parquet flooring, a wooden staircase, and a lofty ceiling Ceilings... a nostalgic flash from the past. Located just a few steps from the metro entrance, you can take the train down to Midtown in 20 minutes. Morningside Park and the Columbia University campus are around 4-5 blocks away. There are several lounges, restaurants, and bistros nearby that are easily accessible by foot. Diane, the manager of this bed and breakfast, is lovely. She was really attentive and accommodating. We stayed at the Emerald Suite, which was ideal. Its marble shower and enormous windows were fantastic. However, there is a jacuzzi suite that I must try next. My daily beginning was an Miele espresso/coffeemaker. Fresh fruit, pastries, and a complimentary breakfast are also offered. Defiantly will be back in 2023

The apartment was full of cockroaches. We complained and they did not give us any solution. Every day when we returned we killed 3 or 4. They didn't even bother to come and talk to us. After several complaints and days, they sent an exterminator who concluded that there were no bugs. We continued killing cockroaches until we left. We had never felt so mistreated.
