5-Star Review for Luxus Hunza Hotel I had a wonderful experience at Luxus Hunza. The location is beautiful, with breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food was delicious, especially the local dishes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hunza. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

Luxus Hunza Resort at Attabad Lake was an amazing experience! We spent 2 nights there and enjoyed every moment. The views of the lake and mountains were absolutely stunning. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner – all meals were delicious with great service. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Lots of fun lake activities made the stay even better – highly recommended!

Avoid this place at all costs! I arrived, and the guard questioned my entry without a booking, the guard demands Rs. 1000 per person just to get in. I didn't engage with him and asked for the manager. He called his boss, the Guest Service Officer, Mohammad (I don't remember his last name). His behavior was completely rude he clearly doesn't know how to handle customers or provide customer service. The entry ticket is Rs. 1000, with only half usable in the cafe. I was planning to stay for two nights because of the hype on social media, but I canceled my plan due to the unwelcoming experience at the gate and the GSO's attitude. I also asked why the entry ticket wasn't mentioned anywhere on their social media platform, and he said he'd asked management to add the details. Seriously, it's totally pathetic. The hotel is tucked away down a steep, messy access road, with construction everywhere. There's just a tiny sign on the main road, and no proper entrance. There are much better luxury hotels on the main Attabad road; choose one of those instead. And if you can’t find anyone then go to Eagle Nest highly recommended and value to the money.
