Luz del Mar

Lovely hotel in the quieter part of the island, just a few minute's walk from the seafront. Excellent service, beautiful, spacious and well equipped rooms, great food, well tended gardens and a quiet location. The absolute highlight is the pool, which is large enough to really swim in, surronded by a beautiful garden and never too crowded.

We had a fantastic stay in Hotel Luz del Mar! Already upon arriving, we got made to feel at home. The service and friendliness of the staff really stood out. Just one example: We were arriving late on the check in day, and the restaurant was already closed, but the waiters still offered us something to eat. What a kind gesture! The location is top for nature enthusiasts and hikers. There are several hikes that start directly from Los Silos. We rented a car, and driving was fun and sometimes a bit challenging. Google Maps always wants to send one through the most narrow streets, so looking at the way before and adjusting it if needed is recommended. All in all, a beautiful and relaxing holiday that we will enjoy looking back to! Thanks a lot!
