Luzeiros Suites

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was cleaned everyday which was good. It's a neat tidy hotel with a very good connectivity with buses and metro stations and also there are some amazing options for food nearby. The check-in was smooth and there's a 24*7 reception. Just be aware that the rooms are not sound proof and whoever comes in lobby you can hear them very clearly at night and also there is a pipe under the window which made some sound at night. Other than that it's a good location for the price.

Good room with a comfortable bed. A bit away from the areas I like to be, but its an easy commute. And the price was great. All in all a good hotel.

BEDBUG ALERT I’ve stayed in this hotel and on my last night I’ve killed a bedbug. The room looks clean but when you check under the chair or bed you see that it is full of dust. Check your linens you will see small blood stains. This is also another sign of bedbugs. I’ve uploaded a few pictures. I warned the hotel management and asked them to send me pictures/photos of how the clean the room after I leave. They haven’t… I hate people/organizations like these. Please be aware and watchful. They dont respect our Health!!! Yes you hear the sound of metro. But it is nothing compared to what I mentioned above. Yes the cafeteria is quite poor and below quality expectations but again who cares. You can always go somewhere else to have your breakfast. Yes the gentlemen at the counter who tried to help me at 02:00 am was kind and try to help me
