Lv8 Resort Hotel

The paintings along each corridor are quite old. It’s not really a problem, but it would be nice if they were cleaned more often, as we found them to be quite dusty. As for the pool, it was very spacious and well maintained clean and refreshing. We understand this is an older hotel, but everything was made better by the excellent service, especially from Christie. She is such a cheerful and kind young lady always friendly and full of energy. She never ran out of stories and kept chatting with us warmly throughout our stay. Good job, Christie! You made a big difference.

Very nice place with attentive staff... Laid back atmosphere, chill music and nice pool with only few people. Decent food but quite small portions for the price that has 21% tax on top. Limited vegan and gluten free options but at least the option was there

It could be so much better. Yes, the photos look good, but the reality shows a lack of investment throughout the building. A hole in the roof is only covered with plastic sheeting, the foyer smells musty, and many areas need renovation. Of course, the always friendly and helpful staff can't do anything about this, but the guest doesn't feel comfortable. For that money Bali has better options.
