We love how clean and comfy the room is. Everything in the room was functioning well. Since this hotel is located at the heart of city easing traveling, definitely we need to deal with minor traffic sound. But surprisingly, the room was quite well sound-proof. Guy at check-in counter was very friendly and did a superb great job! We definitely hope the services and room will be well kept as the business goes on.

Centrally located a short walk from Chinatown, this hotel has an impressive view of the KL tower. However, the check in involves a deep dive into what is NOT included with the room which made for a bad first impression. We were first given a room on the third floor with a view of a generator which made the promise of sleep distant. Miffed, I headed straight back to the reception. My complaint was acknowledged and I was moved to a higher floor still facing buildings but this was one of the skyline and far far better as the sound of the generator was a distant hum. It did not disturb our seep at all. But, I think the hotel should invest in better sound proofing of the rooms on that side of the hotel and possibly offer those rooms especially on the lower floor at a lower rate. Thereafter, our stay was pleasurable. The room was spacious, new and spotless. The staff were courteous and helpful when we had questions. The breakfast was sufficient and yummy. We were also given a late checkout till 1pm with secure storage of our luggage till 3.30 pm when we headed to the airport. Overall excellent. Would definitely stay again. Laundry and cooking facilities on the 12th floor would be appreciated by guests who wish to stay for a longer period in KL. TIP- Request a floor on the 10th or 11th Floor

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unpleasant experience – hoping for better follow-up. All four of us got multiple bed bug bites during our stay. After returning home, I soaked my clothes in hot water and found a dead bed bug, which likely explains the bites (the bites were also in a line in 3s) We shared the photos with the hotel, but unfortunately, they didn’t respond to our request for a refund/conpensation and stated that they will be cleaning the sheets and ensure thorough inspection. We’re not here to assign blame — these things can happen — but we appreciate if the hotel acknowledges the severity of the situation and offered some form of reasonable compensation.
