This place is such a magical gem! It’s a small hotel with a gorgeous view of the city. Katie checked us in and she gave us so many great recommendations to do in Edinburgh. The room was absolutely gorgeous, view spectacular. Lots of small touches too like a Bluetooth speaker, fan and snacks. We can’t wait to plan another trip back. Thank you!

Outstanding Stay at 21212 We had an absolutely wonderful stay at 21212. From the moment we arrived, Beth was a fantastic host—attentive, welcoming, and ensuring everything was perfect for our visit. The room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and offered a comfortable and relaxing space. The hotel's central location in Edinburgh made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and visiting family. Both check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay again and highly recommend 21212 to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Edinburgh!

Superb hotel and an ideal location. We were greeted Katie and was extremely welcoming, she showed us to the room which was impeccable and spacious. The room was to the rear of the hotel and had views of Calton Hill fantastic green space The room was surprisingly quiet given you are a few minutes walk from the Edinburgh playhouse and St James centre. Would recommend and looking forward to visiting again.
