The 5 star review is for Max, the swimming pool guard. He was so warm and helpful, I was very anxious at the beginning but he walked me through getting comfortable in the pool with so much ease, kindness and expertise and by the time I left there I had thoroughly enjoyed my pool day. Great guy that one and that's definitely my new spot. Thank you!!
I visited two weeks ago and I just had to say,I was genuinely impressed. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable, and the food? Freshly made and absolutely delicious. But what truly stood out for me was the incredible service I received from one of the best waitresses I’ve ever met Moricas. She was warm, welcoming, and always had the brightest smile on her face. Well-groomed, kind-hearted, and so professional in the way she served me,it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Moricas, if you happen to see this, please know I truly appreciated your exceptional service. You’re a gem and I loved your professionalism. Keep shining!
Very spacious rooms in a very serene environment but terrible restaurant service. They don't provide extra salt, serviettes and toothpicks. When you ask for such they take too long ( you have to remind them).Simple beverage orders like tea take too long.
