Lyola Pavilions in the Forest

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in the Seek Pavillion at Lyola! The view (especially at sunset) was stunning and the air was so crisp and cool - we had to have the windows open and rugged up in blankets just so smell the air and hear the wildlife. The owner baked us fresh bread each morning which we enjoyed with the house made jam made from Davidson’s plums. Being off the grid meant we were able to disconnect from the real world, spend quality time together and play games and draw too!

Lyola is our favourite place in the world! From our first visit in 2020 (with surprise proposal in ‘Seek’) to our 7th (8th?!) trip this month, we’ve celebrated so many beautiful moments in ‘our cabin’ (usually ‘Hide’ - not to play favourites). Jane is the perfect host, and we always feel so taken care of. We so look forward to our twice yearly forest retreat (and that incredible fresh hot bread each morning!) See you again soon Jane, thank you for everything you do to make this such a truly magical place - we wouldn’t change a thing. Take care, Amie and Dean x

The owners are so kind and thoughtful. They bake bread every morning for you to enjoy that is incredible. The rooms are exceptionally cosy with breathtaking views! I’ve stayed here quite a few times and it fails to ever get repetitive or boring. Treat yourself with a weekend getaway here and soak in the views and hospitality 10/10 can’t recommend this place enough!
