I stayed here with my friend last December and I honestly can’t believe that I forgot to leave a review - it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — not just polite, but authentic, warm, and truly caring. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. They went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was small details or bigger requests, they handled everything with such professionalism and heart. The Suite Prestige was stunning, exceptionally comfortable, and decorated with so much attention to detail. The view from our suite was amazing, especially with the snow. We even had a pink walk-in closet! 😍 Everything was spotless — incredibly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. You could see how much care went into keeping everything perfect. The room service was excellent, always timely and thoughtful. The food was delicious as well. You could really feel the thought behind every detail. Even small surprises, like coming back and finding our car cleaned, made the whole experience feel extra special. I’ve stayed at many five-star hotels before, but this one truly stood out in the best way. We really appreciated everything and we would definitely love to stay here again. 💗

We had amazing experience in the spa of this new hotel. The interior is made by professional designers. The staffs are so helpful and speak well English ( it’s very rare even in luxury hotels in France). Italian softest towels, incredible view from the outdoor jacuzzi with pine scent. Great selection of green teas. Smart toilet. German high quality cosmetic. We just regret that we haven’t visited their patisserie because only later we found out they had an amazing pastry chef. There were some QR code in relax zone but we also couldn’t check it because no internet. And to know a WiFi code we would need to go on the reception. I believe the hotel read my review and supply relax zone in spa with menus or WiFi password :)

This hotel deserves to be a 7 stars hotel, it is wonderful and classy. We loved each and every single detail in it, the service, interior, rooms, spa and off course the amazing staff who made our stay wonderful. We had decided to extend our stay for 1 more night to enjoy the service and the beauty of the hotel. I’ve considered it like a second home and off course the one and only spot to stay in courchuvel.
