M Casa Hotel Pattaya

The staff is pathetic, quarrels with all the guests. They deliberately keep less stuff in the room like spoons and glasses and then on check out blame the customer for stealing or breakages. They cheat with your security money. The reception staff and the manager included are all hand in glove. Daily cleaning not available and after repeated requests the room cleaning is completed by 5 pm. Not recommended for good customers or family. Cheap hotel for cheap customers for whom decency doesn't matter

Staff behaviour very very very very bad.. reception staff Not talk properly with Guest... Very very rudely.... Wish there was a zero or lesser star rating.Staff was least courteous. They charge you for petty things.We had 6 rooms and both were charged extra only bcoz there as a little blue ink mark on the covers of 1 pillow covers, not the pillows and that too very very removable by a wash or dryclean ..1000 and 1500 Bahts charged , more than the cost of pillows covers. Not advisable at all to any traveller. They get threatening if you ask for settlement

Do not even think about booking this hotel. Old rooms modified, full of cockroaches (see attached pics). Small rooms. Top of it, the hotel reception is worst to the core. No patience and no smiling faces. Crap place.
