The staff are amazing. The restaurant staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. Their English is excellent, and they are always smiling and quick with their service. Ola (spelling) is especially helpful and professional. The food is excellent as well. The front desk is always impressive. They consistently address any issues and make sure your room is squared away. Ben, Renata, and Wojtek are the standard for professional staff. MCLUB has set the standard for how hotels should be ran.
Incredible stay at the resort. The staff is exceptional, in particular, Wojciech, who called me after I left my computer in my room after checking out. Incredible integrity and honesty by this man. Thank you so much. Thank you to the cleaning staff who reported my missing items and did not take them, Angelika and Martyna.
Rooms and amenities were nice, good fitness center. The restaurant did have an allergen menu but had nothing that was gluten free let alone celiac safe which was a bummer.
