M Concept Hotel

Stayed for 3 nights, room was adequate, offering good value and location excellent. My opinion is a room is a room, the real value comes from the staff at reception, all were friendly, patient & knowledgeable - offering lots of useful tips and information. A special thanks to Fernanda - great attitude, I'd stay there again just because of her!

It’s not 4 stars hotel… it’s like -4 stars ⭐️😖 There is no kettle in the room, no water for guests, the bathroom is old, there is only one trash can in the toilet, traces of mold.. the toilet is very old... needs repair, the tap water is slightly hot, and very poor sound insulation. and the hair dryer is like 20 years old 😩The only plus: the room is clean. The rest is bad. This hotel is not worth $72 per night, from a four-star hotel here only the lobby.

The only positives of M Concept Hotel are its excellent location and the very polite and helpful receptionist (the woman) who speaks perfect English. She was professional and tried her best to assist us, but unfortunately, she can’t make up for the hotel’s shocking condition. The rooms and cleanliness are far below any acceptable standard—some hostels are in better condition. The bathroom was old, dirty, and poorly maintained, with a door that couldn’t fully close, making privacy an issue. The towels were a disaster—we asked twice for fresh ones and both times received old, dirty, and completely unusable ones. Bringing your own towels is an absolute must, and if possible, consider buying sheets as well. The bed covers were filthy, but thankfully, the heat made them unnecessary. The air conditioning is another issue—you have to choose between a cool room or a quiet room, as the system is extremely loud. Overall, unless you only care about location and nothing else, this place is not worth it. Spend a little more and stay somewhere cleaner and more comfortable.
