It lived up to our expectations - very well positioned for reaching the slopes impeccable staff very friendly. The hotel is clean and spacious - we had a wonderful vacation with the kids. Highly recommended it for families (there is no baby club or staff dedicated) but everyone is extremely kind and professional.
Typical skiing hotel next to the slopes. Shuttle bus to the skiing station / perfectly organised. Rooms are spacious. They could use a refurbishing (mainly bath rooms). Daily cleaning is impeccable. Diner is well varied and tasty. Breakfast starts (too) late for a skiing day (7:45). Hotel couldn’t cope with the capacity needed in a holiday week. This resulted in poor customer focus. Kudos to Matthias who is the driving force of the hotel. If you consider, book outside of peak season.
I didn't like the fact that there were a lot of dogs (even in the dining area). Also, a lot of flies in the room and in the dining area. The food was ok, very light, but not a lot of options available. The bed wasn't very comfortable, I didn't sleep well. It was expensive considering the services we got.
