We had a pleasant stay here in M Hotel. Room is clean only that too bad we came during the bad weather but we still enjoyed our stay! Staffs are friendly and helpful they even scheduled airport transfer for us (our driver Mr. Ngoan is very helpful!) even if it’s past the time limit they still drop us at the airport for the compensation as they have their bar & swimming pool currently under maintenance. Will definitely be back again!
I recently stayed at M Hotel Phu Quoc and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff, Thao and Thanh, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating—truly made us feel at home. Although we were a bit disappointed that the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay, everything else was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was great, and the location was perfect. We definitely plan to visit again!
Nice and cozy place, with their own bar and restaurant. Unblocked sea view was amazing. Their staff Thao and Thanh was very accommodating to our requests during our stay. Breakfast options was mediocre but filling. The hotel has free shuttle to the airport which was an added bonus.
