M Hotel Saigon

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Exceptional Hospitality at M Hotel Saigon Stayed at M Hotel Saigon and had a truly memorable experience. The front office staff deserves special mention—extremely courteous, professional, and prompt, they ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process and handled all requests with a smile 😊. A big thank you to the breakfast restaurant team as well—the staff was warm, proactive, and attentive every morning. What impressed me most was how they remembered my vegan meal preferences and made sure it was personally prepared by the chef and served daily with care and consistency 🥗👨‍🍳. If you're looking for a modern, centrally located hotel with genuine hospitality, M Hotel Saigon is a fantastic choice. Highly Recommended!!!

Service was excellent, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to central location big shopping malls and many eateries as you walk out of hotel. Room is spacious, could be slightly noisy due to the sound proofing and its location. The complimentary buffet breakfast spread is good, A for their effort in trying to satisfy customer with different cooking style of eggs! There is a gym facility with city view, not air conditioned and could be a little too stuffy. Received a piece of complimentary cake on my birthday during my stay; very heart warming! ❤️ I have also got delivery of goods sent directly to hotel reception and fuss free, happy with their help and service throughout my stay. Worth mentioning good selection & spread of breakfast.

M Hotel is in a great location, is clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. However it's let down by a few things, at least in the room I was in. 1. No black out curtains - for HCMC, blackouts are a must for those who are light sensitive. 2. The floors are all tiled. This isn't necessarily an issue if the room doors are well soundproofed. Unfortunately the gap under the door meant that when someone decided chatting in the corridor at 4am was a good idea, the sound REALLY carried. 3. You can shower while you're on the toilet. This one isn't necessarily a deal breaker, given it was all nice and clean, but the room was super spacious so not quite sure why it was necessary to have such a miniscule shower/toilet situation. Great for those who enjoy efficiency and/or soggy loo roll. Location is fantastic, staff are lovely, but there are better options out there.
