M Hotel Singapore City Centre

We stayed at the hotel and informed the staff that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. After we went out for dinner, we returned to find a surprise cake waiting for us. I really loved it. Thank you so much — I was truly impressed. The hotel and the staff provided excellent service. We will definitely come back again.

I stayed here during a short visit to Singapore and opted for their unique day-stay option — check-in in the morning and check-out by late afternoon. It was perfect for our quick trip, offering all the comforts we needed in a short window. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service, particularly from Ruben at the concierge desk. Even though our interactions with him were brief, they were incredibly memorable. Ruben was warm, genuinely friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. His approach to customer service is the kind you rarely experience these days — thoughtful, personable, and effortlessly professional. It’s been a couple of months since our visit, but I still think about how positive and uplifting his demeanor was. That’s the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable day stay in Singapore — and if you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet Ruben too!

This was my first time staying in this hotel. I stayed with a friend for 3 nights. The atmosphere at the lobby is lively. The room is clean, quiet and spacious. The staffs are friendly and attentive especially the housekeeper who attended to our room was very efficient. The location is superb with easy access to many points of my interest and not too far from the airport (approximately 20mins by taxi). I highly recommend this hotel for your travel adventure.
